Portraits International is a private cultural club linked to a new art gallery where members can share ideas on art, culture and life in Brussels.

Members meet at the art gallery at 2 Galerie des Prince, 1000 Brussels, between the Grand Place and La Monnaie/De Munt National Opera House. An iconic and intimate place, ideal for small gatherings, cocktails, courses and events.

The membership includes:

• Access to gatherings on the first Tuesday evening of every month (except January and August) from 18:00 to 20:00 to relax, share new ideas and catch up on life and art in Brussels 
• Access to a ‘Salon de Dimanche’ on the last Sunday of every month (except December and January) from 15:00 to 17:00 linked to the themes of each exhibition, to meet and exchange ideas with artists, philosophers and special guests 

• Free admission of one different guest during the week and two on Sundays 
• Private guided tours of the exhibition

• A free personalised professional image audit (by Claire Soper) or EU lobby advice (by Peter van der Hijden)

• Discounts on the professional services offered by Portraits International (renting the gallery for private events, workshops, individual coaching and art classes)

• Discounts on specific products (collection of postcards, art-prints, posters, tote bags, catalogues)

• Special offers from neighbouring restaurants

Club gatherings are hosted by co-founders Claire Soper and Peter van der Hijden and volunteering members.
A steady feature is the ‘staircase pitch’, during which a member can publicly share a piece of advice in a light-hearted manner.

Members also have access to private visits for current and upcoming exhibitions.

Fees 2024:

• Individual membership 600 €, special offer for the first 100 Founding Members, 400€
• Corporate membership 6.000 € (for up to 15 staff members), special offer for the first 20 Founding Members, 4.000€
